Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of VIA Consulting Group ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

VIA Consulting Group provides business consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Grant application assistance and funding solutions
• AI infrastructure consulting through VIA Cloud Services
• Business planning and financial projections
• Provincial, federal, and technology grant applications
• SR&ED and government grant consulting
• Business financing and loan assistance

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for our services
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation or clarification
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in our service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared by other parties

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable Canadian regulations. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for grant applications or funding requests. Success depends on various factors including government policies, application quality, and market conditions.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business affairs. All information shared with us will be protected and used solely for the purpose of providing our consulting services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

Fees and Payment

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIA Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by VIA Consulting Group remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business information and data shared with us.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and confidentiality obligations continue to apply.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
